just updated my bios and downloaded the latest Nvidia driver (which are BETA drivers :hmm: ) and it still wont work, i`ll try reinstalling DX 9 c
oh yea, i managed to safely overclock to 2.5GHz ^^

OK Thanks a bunch, single player works, but if I try to connect to a multiplayer game it bombs out like it did B4 :hmm:

i need everyone to understand this when installing bf2 & sf:

install bf2, install sf then install patch 1.12! you DO NOT NEED TO INSTALL THE OLDER PATCHES just the 1.12. remember this, i did it the other way round and it was very choppy but since doing it with only installing the 1.12 patch works perfect!

as ive said before: this is the correct way to install the games:if you already have it installed, uninstall everything, install bf2, install sf then install the 1.12 patch, YOU DONT NEED THE OLDER PATCHES, JUST THE 1.12, ok guys, ive done this and it plays perfect.

ok guys, i bit the bullet and decided to fit my old 25 gig HDD and put XP pro on, BF2 works perfect now, but i am having issues with SF now, on SF, if i try to play multiplayer, it says loading, then goes back to the server select screen on #ANY server, but it lets me do singleplayer only


help if possilbe, and btw, BF2 r00lz
