I have NO sympathy for the commander what-so-ever. In my opinion artty is all they do, and it messes up the momentum of the game. There are soooo many times where leaving artty out of the game would be better than any patch EA could release. I realize artty is part of the game, but the degree to which the commander can use it, severely impacts the game is a negative way.

Karkand for example, is made less fun by constantly interrupting the team-on-team battles. No one can tell me that artty makes a place like Karkand any better.

if anything is changed, the artty at the commanders disposal should be spread out further to give people a chance to play.

I know it will never happen, but thats my thoughts.

It is the Commanders job to drop supplies and I like a commander that keeps the UAV going in hot areas. If the enemy is close by I am forewarned, and since my video card is only 5500 I need all the help I can get.

EDIT: And I have never heard anybody complain about having to come in and cap a flag after fresh artillary bombing.

Perhaps even more annoying is that anyone who was earning top dollar with commander position before, now has their score debunked... its seriously ****ing me off that I have as much as 12000 commander points that arent attributing to my global score. I should be on about 55,000 globlal, but im only on 43,000. Major GRRRRRRRR.

Points for arty kills MUST be brought back, the commander position is barely rewarding now, combat kills dont count, nor do any teamwork points... and even if you win you get **** all points.

To whoever is blocking my score, and took away arty kill points: **** you, i wanna rip your face off.

i agree w/ the first few posts. but toward the end you peeps jus started bitchin bout points and ****. you dont have to play as commander ya know?! i think that those of you that wanna see commander gone are TARDED.

dont play it for points, play it for fun! Having UAV all the time you want and supply etc. is a HUGA advantage in combat no matter if you get a point for killz or not. So I just keep killin
