    Turn off Dynamic Shadows and lighting. Leave everything else on high, apart from textures, which should be set to medium. If you have a powerful grx card you should be able to set AA to 6x too!

    I upgraded from 1GB to 2GB of RAM thinking that it would solve all those problems....well it did not. The game ran a lot better mind you, but it wasn't until I turned off dynamic shadows & lighting that my problems went away (using a 256MB 6800GT).

        There is a fix for certain cards that are stuck on 15fps but can't remember it right now. I'll see if I can dig it up during the day.

        edit : I believe it had to do with disabling VSYNC in the driver setup as if the fps is under 29fps it locks it to 15fps for some strange reason.
