Okay I read that interview with EA and they said how about base their patches on what fourms say and how the site as a whole respond to the issue.

Well if that is true WHY IS THE PUNISH SYSTEM STILL WHACKED UP!!?

Just now I was on a server on karkand and some MEC jumped to my side and an allied guy jumped at the same time. Now I don't know if those two knew they were near each other because of how fast it all went by.

But I saw the MEC only and shot at him midair with my shotgun and he died but OH NO!!! The ally who jumped at the same vector and was also downed by the same shot..

Next thing I see YOU HAVE BEEN PUNISHED FOR A TEAM KILL! WTF!!

We all have told Dice and EA about that damn system and yet they hear and see nothing.. Oh we listen to the boards.. BULL (You know)! Oh yeah they can take the choppers rockets down to 8 but they can't fix the tk system..

I am done with this crap until they fix it and I suggest you all strike! But I know some of you little kids would just die..

Hello the fool jumped at the same second the MEC did. They were side by side.. I SHOT THEY BOTH DIED.. Its not some watch where you shoot its called dumb ass ally punishes for something that was not even near being my fault.

No, taking away rockets from a chopper is a simple, self-explanatory thing to do. It would take more than changing a number to stop people from punishing accidental tks.

I want to hear how YOU would do it if you knew how to mod Battlefield.

How would you code up a script that could tell the differance between "Oops, he got in the way" and "oops, I'm a retard".

Get over the punish thing. It has NO IMPACT ON YOUR SCORE! As long as you don't "oops" to often, getting a punish will not effect you in any way.

I want to see some kind of confirmation that it doesn't take away from your score. If there's one thing in this game I'm sure about it is that a punish takes away from your score. If not than the game must just randomly fluxuate between taking 4 or 8 points from your score when you teamkill and always just so happens to do it when someone punishes you.

There's a very easy way to test this.
Go TK some people. As soon as you do, flip open the tab window and watch your score. It will not change when you are punished.

I suggest you do it on an unranked server, then appologize a whole lot.

BTW, one issue that clouds this is that sometimes you will get -2 points for team damage as well as the -4 for the kill. If you hit someone a couple times, then kill him, it is possible to get -8 for one TK.

The punish system is ********. Get used to it. Barely anyone forgives, it's human nature. They won't fix it so get used to it.

I just don't care anymore. In a jet, in a chopper, in a tank, when I'm commander.
