Should killing someone in a vehicle give more points?

As the topic says, should you get more points; say 4 instead of 2, for killing someone in a tank, jet, helo, etc. I think this would make more tank on tank battles and stop spawn camping to a certian extent. As it is, why whould a jet pilot bother with the other jet when he can kill dozens of infantry? Spawn camping/base raping is just so much more effective right now, killing vehicles helps your team but not your score. This would also help AT guys get more points for doing what they do best. :)
Thoughts, opinions?
Excellent idea. I like it. I never thought about it, but it makes total sense.

I think it might be better if you get points for damaging enemy-occupied vehicles >50% just like you lose TVD points for damaging friendly-occupied vehicles. That would frequently give extra points to the killer (epecially C4 and AT mine kills) but not always.
