I just dont think its wrong to do knife fights in ranked servers. If they server insists of knives and pistols only, then its wrong. If its a normal ranked server and all the players inside agree to use pistol or knife, then its their choice of playing the game. And if you dont like it, you can always leave the server.

I never joined a server like the servers we are talking about. I got my veteran pistol in a normal server where people shoot primary weapons and use vehicles. I got my veteran knife in a close quarter map. You just need skills... dont complain about stuff cuz you dont have what it takes to get it from a normal server. If you got your badge in the normal way, you know that they can never kill u in a knife match.

I got my basic pistol on a 64man and my vet on a 16man...

I got my basic knife as commander and killing snipers and my vet i had an idiot that was trying to knife me while in commander mode so i would wait for him to get near me and knife him back...

Now the expert knife... i dont know how ill get that! 18 IAR... OMG...

Now is when you join and rape them with firearms. After all, to kick/ban you for using guns, now THAT is against EA policy. hooah.

thats some BS back in august when i had my old account i played on pistol servers all the time i got my expert pistol badge. I thought it was ok to do that cuz i figure a ranked pistol server if its ranked it must be ok. Then all of a sudden when patch 1.03 came out talkin about anyone whos played on knife and pistol servers will get thier account taken away i was like wtf ? i didnt know that was against the rules lol but they a holes took my account from me and i had to start all over. Pistol and knife servers are hella fun tho

Now i dont know about all you but if someone is stat padding to get lots of points then i'dd ban them from my server... If someones just trying to get their badge and is so n00bish they have to knife someone they know then how pathetic for them...

making knife only servers ranked is just not fair

No, I've played this server many times before, it's normally guns, so what if they play a round or two using just knives. Get over it if you don't have even have the basic knife badge.
