That is retarded. The external fuel tanks on Russian MBT's are self-sealing, and have a oneway valve on the fuel line. I watched a group of fellow Marines in Souther Kuwait in 1991 lay into a T-72 (Medina Division) with .50 cals mounted on FAV's (old jeeps refitted as fast attack vehicles) The .50 did nothing to the tanks fuel cell, but the Hellfire from the AH-1W that used the .50 tracers as a target tore the T-72 a new a-hole!
You have seen too many war movies.

the m95 is a steaming pile of ****..

you can;t take out a person with a headshot at 100 years, how the fk do you expect to take out a tank
Are you kidding me? I have seen headshots with m95s all day long on a certain ghost town server I play on (moders ghost town 24/7).

The m95 isn't as accurate as the m24, but two shots aimed at the head, one should hit...

Headshots with the M95 are easy, you just gotta know how to use it

That, and diesel fuel doesn't explode. Ever. It just burns.

lmao, I think I just got slapped on the wrist for not playing nice with DAWDAM, his posts and mine got trimmed from here.

Ah well, if anyone wants, I can reattach the tweak file for the Abrams, the mod could have at least left that part in, it was useful lol.

Yes, that's what happens here at TBF2, also happens when u dig for why somebody is banned. They usually already deleted the post (s) that made a member get banned. BUt it's better for the community that they don't see what goes on anyways.

That is not the sweet spot. The sweet spot is not really a sweet spot, it is more like a shot placed sweet to a general area of the tank. You can do this shot on any of the tanks and the LAV.

Don't believe me? Open up the ServerObjects.zip file and browse through the tweak file and any other con file associated with the abrams (or any other tank for that matter). Look around all you like, you won't find the sweet spot. But in doing so, I already know that many people will misinterpret what they see in those files due to lack of understanding of what that stuff means.

A small portion of the community knows how to do it, and an even smaller portion knows why it works. Most people aren't going to give it up, it would no longer be an advantage to know that shot if everyone knew it, kind of get what I'm saying? If they do tell anyone, they are only going to tell someone they trust not to run amok telling everyone else about it.
That's awesome. Government secrets, celebrity skeletons, all of our personal histories and info, porn, etc. etc. Those are all available on the internet. The sweet spot for the tanks in BF2? A closely guarded secret that never shall be divulged. *ROFL*

I wish people would just accept that there is no sweet spot and drop it. Those of us who have taken the time and have looked through the files and have the knowledge to do so, could not find any indicators of ANY such thing. Please please please let it go. It does not exist.

All you need to know is, rear = high damage, front = low, side = med, it might help if you know track = high, but thats it, you will never get the time to aim at the weakspot when you are fighting another tank.
Is this part true? I don't play alot of anti tank but this would be extremely helpful.

I didn't say that 'nobody would divulge it', I said most won't give it up, includes me.

And that is something I have pointed out abundantly, there is no weakspot. It is all in the way you hit the tank. Get it yet? Hell, it is even quoted in your post, thanks for reading, bye.
