morons... sheesh. Even if someone could imitate DD on the REAL battlefield I gurantee you they could not do it over and over again and kill in the process.. LOSERS, stop freaking trying to defend it... I dont DD but I do hop. That is far more acceptable to me that the DD.

I kill them all the same anyways.. They just make so many people hate the game. Everyone is extremely killable in this game on the ground.

My MAIN problem with BF2 is the lack of effective AA. This is why I cannot wait for Point of existence 2. This mod will make the game way more balanced.. I cant wait!!!

its bunny hoping that is worse if your loaded down with 30 or so lbs of gear its unlikely to be jumping up and down vigerously but dolphin diving is not bad. If some of you were under heavy fire im sure you would dive down the nearest object to take cover.

It's less that it isn't actually done in combat, more the way it looks. In the air, u change from standing up, to lying down, which is physicaly impossible, it goes right from one stance to another right in the air.

I don't really have a problem with dolphin diving. Repeatedly dolphin diving, yes problem, totally agreed. However, where's the dive for cover button?

If you can give me an appropriate way to dive for cover, as I'm sure any of you would, please do, cause I don't think crawling prone for cover is really appropriate. So what, you dive over a wall, so what you take a hit and you head for the closest wall and dive your ass behind it.

I'm not denying the motion looks unrealistic, but there is no closer way to emulate diving for cover. So that;s the logic behind it. Although I thing maybe spraying some cover fire on the way is appropriate, using it as an attacking technique does certainly take from the game.

1) that video was halarious.
2) I find that my experiances w/ dolphin divers is much the same, when they are flat out like that I find it easier just to shoot them in the face. Then its done.

dolphin diving is good its the only way to exit the windows out the 2nd floor front entrance of the warlord map and its easy to kill them all you got to do is dolphin dive back and pull out your knife and stab them in the face 1 hit kill.
