the only way to kill with a flashbang is to throw it on a guy and the guy will die...but tried the 2 others adn nada

I think you can die from a grappling hook.

I once threw one in the air (totally missing the building) and it came back down and landed on me. Taking about a third of my health. So yeah, I think it possable. But by dropping it, not throwing it at someone
