This game is awesome, but hello you can not play with all this lag. I cant beleive this game itself has lag. EA, damn yall did bad this time. I cant even play.:censored:

yeah it lags hnorribly inside buildings, good knows why.

Got new updates and ****, runs fine now. An I bet my computer setup is awhole lot better than yours kid.

Not busting on you, but i remember specifically the testing center and how they had like 50+ computer's set up. All on cable and all had different specs to test the compatibility. I don't have issues, my buddy who has a celeron 2.2ghz and gig 333 memory and Geforce 5200 (plays on low) has no issues. But his cousin who has amd athlon 3100 and 1.5 gig and a 9800 has more issue's than i care to hear about on TS. Honestly I think it is all luck. Some SLI user's with 7800's have no issues, then some that have lag, go figure. There is issue's with this game, but they are different for everyone.

If they'd have written it to be optimised on a "set number" of hardware specs, it would be shoddy, but if it is as you say, "luck", then that's even more of a jaw-dropper... :)

well i think the lag is coused by people with ****y computers playing on the game that slows every thing down , like say your playinig on a big map with lots of people then you get so guy come along that has a ****y computer every tyhing is going to gert much slower i think , couse i have seen it before.

Hm, Beerstein was right about you. If you'd paid any attention to anything anyone had ever said on this forum, you'd notice that some people with damn good rigs are having lag issues in the game. Most (if not all) of the BF2 players are more than likely going over a semi-decent internet connection. You just can't online-game these days with anything less.

So, to sum up in someone else's words, much better than I could have created myself:

I get very little lag, in fact I would have to say that its one of the smoothest FPS online games I've played. Try playing MOHAA or CoD on a 64 person map and see how it compares.

Interestingly. CoD2, even up to 64 players, runs smoothly... doesn't even drop a frame for me. Ever. Even with all the idiots popping smoke like doobie-smoking hippys.

delete all you cookies and temp internet files and clear the browser cache.also run an anti spyware program you might have tracking cookies or data miners slowing your comp down.

Admit it , you have 0 idea how tracking cookies work.

I run the game with all settings at meduim and 4x AA. Dont have many problems with 'lag' as such. Apart from in buildings... Lag-tastic then...
