MG36 is the best machine gun

I like the MG36 so much i wish it was more availble but the british seem to only get the gun i wish the americans could get it too. I notice this gun over heats alot slower then the rpk and pkm it shoots the bullets faster too. It has decent range as well.

The mg36 reminds me of a g36c with 100 bullets basicly. Just like the G36C is still my favorite spec ops gun because the SCAR-L just plan sucks its so in accuret compared to the g36c. I litterly felt like rambo on the airport map i was crouching and killing people with the mg36 as they ran into the cargo plane normenly if i crouched with the 2 other guns i would miss but the accurrcy is so wonderfull on the mg36.

i like the saw because the sound makes me feel like im laying down a wave of hell.

but really that wave of hell only hits every other person every other time

I like the PKM a lot more than the MG36. I just feel that the PKM packs a lot more punch than the MG36.

i do really like the 3 round burst of the mg36. it is however, only good for long range.

to be honest, ALL the mg's in this game suck. they are WAY too inaccurate.

The MG36 is great compared to the other support weapons.
Very powerful, extremely accurate (compared to the other support guns), high rate of fire, 2 firing modes, etc.

Managed to take several enemies out at like 200m away with only 3 or 4 bursts, while I was standing :)

I can't seem to hit sh*t in this game with anything other than the MEC mg, and even then with limited success. At long range its too inaccurate, at short range too long to get into position and the rifles are better. Being effective with a weapon for me is knowing it's killing range, and I'm having extreme difficulties finding it with the mgs. Anyone super good with them feel free to offer me advice on how you get your kills.

Its similar to the RPK, RPK is great IMO.

The way you're describing it is correct, very similar to G36c.

Only problem I've noticed it doesn't kill as fast at rpk and that IT MUST BE AIMED for best results. It a good weapon for spraying but the RPK is much better at spraying. The great bonus is that the MG comes with 3 shot burst. Fantastic. Imo MG = RPK nasty cousin.

Yeah, i love the MG36. More accurate than all other mgs (it's a fact, i checked the INI files), and does more damage per second.

No support gun will ever beat the Type 95, though, to me, the MG 36 actually feels very similar. Perhaps its just that the Type 95 feels good to me, but I can use if much more effectively than any other MG in the game.

Too bad the PLA and their weapons got dropped in expansion.
