No you don't. I was in SF and clicked on a BF2 server in my Fav. and it automatically switched it back to BF2.

Grappling hook and zip line would screw up vanilla maps if used on them since developers didnt know they would implement that. Some roods have no collision modle. Asides that if you want those maps play normal, theres no reason why sf servers should be able to since the teams and weapons on original maps would be the same....

the point is that spec ops servers should be able to have a map list compsed of all the maps, sf/bf2, and it shouldnt need to leave sf to do it. and on top of that, bf2 players should have a sf added to the game filter.
why, because its called an expansion.

vanilla as in no grappling hooks or zips.

the reason that sf servers should be able to play bf2 maps is so a sf server can have larger variety of maps.

              *explosion*

You know, if BF2:SF doesn't kill my PC after every other map, I wouldn't be complaining so much. Heck, fix the memory leak and I'll give them another $30.

If, Lag means banging my head against the wall
              And, SF means lag
Then, SF means banging my head against the wall.

it's an expansion, this is for shure, same gameplay, same stuff, just some new maps and new features.
BUT, they didn't had the time for coding the game perfectly in normal BF2, this is why you have this crap
