No, some of us (I could tell you who, but then I'd have to kill you and/or jump on your body) actually don't bunny-jump. I know, it's hard to believe, but there is some of us out there.

lol - you'd think, right? it's quite the contrary though.. the thing seems to run near capacity (64) during primetime (8-12pm EST)... not sure about the SF server tho - didn't buy that yet...

<shrug> dont wanna be salespitchey - there's another forum for that... just passing along a friendly heads up about a server i found - if you really are sick of gymnasic infantry...

LOL yeah. TWL here, but the same thing, scrimmed a few CAL clans as well.

Clan matches are a mix of: noob tubes, bunny hopping, jump-prone (dolphin diving), and C4 monkeys. Oh yeah, and they steal your armor.

If 1/2 of what went on in a match occured in a pub this forum would crash from all the crying. :laugh:

If you are unsatisfied with the current state of the bunny hopping in bf2, please check out the Project Reality Mod!!

It does exactly what most are talking about in this thead:
- decrease jump height for player
- increase amount of stamina a jump takes
- severely decreases accuracy of all small arms while in the air

Also there is a whole host of other great features this mod offers, including a fully functioning AH6 Little Bird!

The newest version is out and fully compatible with BF 1.12!

also: you CAL & TWL guys, why not give it a try? it actually makes clan tactics extremely more complicated than the simple-mans format that bf2 vanilla is currently at. if you really wanted to play with such bunny hopping tactics, why are you playing in a league for this game? why not counterstrike where you can make big money?

I know this is spoken off before, but people bunny-jumping on karkand is soo annoying. And it is never the noobs that do it either, It is ppl way up on the ranking ladder. Either way, it is so satisfying to pwn a bunny-jumping noob, agreed?:)

Without bunnyhopping, spawning in front a tank would suck considerably more than it already does. Don't be one of those fools who protests the player's only defensive maneuver.

I'd like to dedicate this post to acL.Krav3n, who is the best bunnyhopper I've ever seen.

To be honest it was retarded for EA to put in a jump height that high, as if they hadn't there would be no bunny hopping and no n00b tubing, also they should have put in proper random spawn places around the flag.

No, we need EA to delist more of those servers....

If its a ranked server that is... I find bunny hopping annoying too, but its in the freaking game, having a clan abusing their rights to a server to ban someone doing something that EA approves of is plain wrong. Good ranked server admins will watch for stat padding and tk abuse, outside of that it should be everything goes.
