I'm really looking forward if I can control that SAW gun. They said somewhere in gamestop that it's almost uncontrollable. But it cant be that difficult.
The bog standard SAW is the worst MG, but great for throwing out fire at close range kneeling or prone, Handy for karkand for making people keep their heads down or stay in cover but doesn't seem to penetrate cover as well as the pkm or the RPK!
The saw can snipe like the pkm, 1 or two round bursts seem accurate at long range as long as you are prone. It also seems to deploy faster than the PKM if you jump forward and go prone so I often get mugged by SAWS at close range in Karkand. Only the MK113 and SAW can take out the PKM at close range if the person with the PKM is prone and a good shot, Bunny'ing against the PKM close is mainly pointless and the PKM seems to be able to kill most people who try and m203 you.
The main point of the MG's as real life is pumping lead in the direction of attackers and making them think twice about sticking their head out!
i love the m16/m203 , i use it on karkand and with my brother using the DAO-12 they make a leathal combination , ill fire a grenade into the flag area and let him "hose" the survivors , but that DAO takes forever to reload !
the US shotty, i gotta go with that one since i was playing eng for the past week trying to get my vet badge and i just owned at close range fights, sometimes 5-6 kills in a row at times, specaily when i would run up behind full squads, i got vet badge on ground fights
