I guess they are there which ever settings you have but in my case:

1280x1024
All high settings
6x AA

I never seen them before, i always played textures on mid.
Now i got 1,5gig of ram, set the textures to high and i can see them all, yay.
Maybe this pics only appear with textures set to high..

I don't know why programers feel the need to put their pictures in the games or in easter eggs. It's not like I'll ever recognize any of them. I'd rather they put in the pictures of naked women or hot coffee.
