There are pictures of the actual Saddam on the wall in one of the palaces in one of the new SF maps (Warlord or Ghost Town). Think there's one of Bill Clinton somewhere, too..
You've all got it wrong, it's obviously Random Dictator Number 5 from last month's issue of "Better Oppresion Through Tyranny" magazine. I ordered the bald guy in the October issue, hasn't arrived yet though. It did say to allow 6-8 weeks to arrive so it will hopefully be here by christmas.

It's on the side of a building between the site and the TV station.
Is he really Saddam Hussaein???...i took this pic in Warlord(1 of my favorite maps =P) somewhere on the right of the Plaza..so can some1 tell me if its really Hussein.
There is absolutely NO WAY they would put in an exact representation of Saddam into the game, can you imagine the backlash against them ? So they just make it look a bit like him & leave you to make you own conclusions.
