i use squads to help my chick and i stay together, and easily identify one another. if i die, i will leave, and rejoin squad, and have her stay alive, so i can spawn on her, and vice a versa.

While were on the subject why can't every other member of a squad (or maybe have a 2IC) select orders and requests for commander support just like the squad leader? It can then appear on the squad leaders screen like an order from a commander appears (in a different colour text) for the squad leader to say yes or no. This would reduce the load on the squad leader and if someone else is giving you really good options all the time you could make him leader if you wanted to.
