N52 C4 Macro

Does anybody have a C4 throwing macro programmed for their Nostromo N52 speed pad ?

I'm so sick of being blown up by this move, I want to be able to counter it by doing the same thing if possible. Thanks for any advice/help. :)

What you ask of isn't anything new, people with bad sportsmanship like you have been around since online gaming first came to being, but I still have no respect for people like you.

I wouldn't consider this cheating...

I'm just assuming he's looking for a way to throw 1 C4, switch to detonator, and detonate. If you can do it in-game, doing it with a nostromo isn't cheating.

using a macro such as the N52, or the new G15 keyboard can do, isn't cheating.

Hardly cheating, since it use the same keystrokes you would press on your keyboard to do the same thing, albeit more efficiently.

Rather than insult me by calling me a 'bad sport', which I'm not, why don't you go and learn some manners and do your research first before you comment on a subject about which, you are clueless.

External macros are pretty gray. I'd say they're cheating though. Reasonable minds may differ.

You're right. My opinion differs. Any player that realises the advantage of using the macro function available on advanced gaming peripherals will be using them, including the best clans in any gaming league, worldwide.

Have you tried MAKING the macro yourself?

I don't think anybody (that is reading this thread anyway) has already created one. So anybody who wants to help you will have to create a macro from scratch.

All my n52 buttons are taken up (extra for all of the shift functions) and I wouldn't use that macro personally (I rarely play Spec Ops).

Play around with it.

Using macros on a G15 or N52 sound an awful lot like paying for a gameplay advantage. I seem to remember a lot of people getting worked up about a similar thing with unlocked weapons from BF2:SF.

PS Just an observation. I personally don't care much about either.

Im wondering when the hell will they fix this. Im so sick of it myself. The gaming community shouldn't have to goto all this trouble because the game is buggered. It just doesn't make sense. I hardly call this cheating. Its like saying using a joystick is cheating because you can fly easier. Rubbish.

And again as to that issue, how is this different from paying for an uber-computer that gives you ultra-smooth framerates and low ping?
I'd call that the biggest advantage of all.

I think any C4 macro would be scuppered by the C4 bug! Swiftly changing to the detonator after throwing will often result in chucking a second pack of C4 instead.
