Just stand next to a supply crate and keep throwing the FB.

FYI - you only get 18 out before the supply crate blows up and disappears. Which incidentally is how many you can throw out in a minute.

You are better off finding a resupply pal to keep you going at the 18/min rate.

As another option, you can keep yourself going and use the tear gas grenades as a supply guy and just resuppy yourself....however, your rate at tear gas will be slower at around 8/min.

Here are the times and rates I was able to achieve when going after these awards:

Zip Lines: 29/minute (3000 for vet)

Grappling Hook: 21/minute (3000 for vet)

Flashbangs: 18/minute (1000 for vet)
Tear Gas: 8/minute (counts for tactical nades - 1000)

so you can actually get it with tear gas, as when im support im spamming those things all over the place and getting nowhere (which bf2s would actually tell you how many you have used)

One more thing to note: Throwing Flashbangs in vBF2 DOES NOT COUNT.

You can easily test this if you do not have basic. Go into vBF2 and throw your brains out - you will not get the award...even when you log into BF2, you still have to throw the 10.

PS - if you can get your times faster, or more throws per minute than I listed above - please share as I would like to eliminate retardo time in trying to get these awards.

(Yes I know I could just forego going for them all together other than just the occasional throw - but what is the challenge and boredom in that?!)

I found a way to shoot teargas rapidly, get in a transport chopper or boat and start spammin your heart out, since you will resupply yourself in the boat/chopper.
