Does anyone have the Vet Zip, grapple, or flash badges

I was contemplating going after them, since they are so pathetically simple to obtain....come on 1000 uses (or 3000), how lame is that badge, really? Has anyone wasted a few hours of their lives to get them (and confirm the requirements)?

I havent.... but it would give me something to do while I am playing the commander and after dropping supplies, arty and UAV.... Toss it for a few seconds then back to the map. (Actually I didnt realize there were vet badges for those.

I just have the basic ones, and I guess I use the grapple about 10-15 times in a round, meaning I will earn the dam badge in about 80 rounds playing.
I am not going to waste time trowing hooks all the time

One place said 1000 for vet, another said 3000 with 6500 for expert.

If you can throw/shoot once every 10 seconds, it would take just under 3 hours to get your vet badge.

man that is so stupid. I'm not going to keep score. We in get it yuppie, but im not going to wast rounds trowing flashbangs. Or using my grapling hook. I'll get them eventually anyway.

Just stand next to a supply crate and keep throwing the FB.

according to our friends at UBAR:
                Throw 1000 Flashbangs
                Grapple 3000 buildings
                Deploy 3000 Zip Lines

agreed it is a waste of life....but it's something very few people currently have....besides I like silver

actualy it's much easyer, just trow , pick it back up, trow, pick it back up, trow , pick it back up, this way you can trow a zip or hook every 3 sec or something.

but you would have to be a complete moron to keep yourself bussy with stuff like that, just use those things like it's ment to be and you will get the badges some day

It's a verb, meaning "to think" or "to believe"...
Its origin lies in "to trust", of which "to trow" is a conversion...

I hope that answers your question...

Okay, that was just stupid, I followed BeerStein's example and it really was a wasted hour and a half of my life (appearantly my deployment of a zip/hr was a little faster than his estimate).....now it's time to do the grapple :-)
