Kharkand in probably my favourite map in Bf2. And I wonder why so many people play. It doesn't need a makeover at all being the fine fun map it is. Im guessing the only thing stopping you from your tube is armour ? Seeing you got a ****ing 3336 kills with that tube.
No need to whine about getting killed by armour when most people complain about the arty and getting killed by tubers such as yourself. Stats dont lie.
Also, why do you have 5/6 unlocks when your still a Gunner Seargant ?
Take out the lame assed tanks
Take out the lame assed LAV's
Substitute MEC for Insurgents and we'll have a pretty intense map on our hands.
No way Dude, you're crazy. Karkland is so good because it is what it is, and changing it would be a disaster. It is just a crying shame Dice didn't put on their brain, and make SF based on these kind of maps instead of the crap stuff (night maps) they did.

Congrats
You are the one with the comment CLOSEST to saying "turn Karkand into de_dust"
I mean, without tanks and apcs, its basically CS, and add to that, you want to ditch the MEC and put in the good old terrorists, how close can you get than that?
When will this childishness end! Dude, if you dont like to play BATTLEFIELD 2, GO BACK TO PLAY CS, and to help just imagine you are playing a wonderfully nerfed BF2 without vehicles and TERRORISTS if you are so into them.
Take out the scan and artillery (or at least increse reload to 5 mins) then it will be perfect.
At least in the SF maps. It's all about stealth, but the commander can scan every minute and know precisely where the enemy team is. What's the point of sneaking to their back bases, when a good commander can just point you out, and people respawn there waiting for you?
The dude has been using the noob-t. for 50 hrs:laugh:  what a complete loser. Comparable to his use of the assault rifle - 24something hrs:laugh: :shakehead . Carbine is like 2...
I love how people who don't know how to use certain items complain about them. I used to complain ALOT about Jihad'ing w/ c4 until I tried for my explosives badges. It's alot harder than it seems!
Karkand is fine. Stop whining.
c4 badge is quite easy, i managed to get basic and veteran at the same time. all you really do is when you seem like you will get surrounded, or being followed, toss a c4 on the ground and chances are the guy will still chase you, than detonate, its what i do all the time. that, and when i kill a guy in high population servers, there will usually be medics standing by to attempt to heal, i toss c4 on the ground and run while 3 or 4 medics try to get the regen poiint, than i detonate.
you can also use c4 as grenades, toss it over a fence to kill a guy if you know hes there or toss it up to a low roof to kill a sniper when you know the ladders are blocked with claymores.
jeep jihading is just lame, sorry, but anything involving kill yourself in the process is just very lame.
But the point is...I was hoping that we'd get a USMC -v- Insurgent map included with the SF pack. I wont lie, I love Karkand (as my stats show) and furthermore, would love to have a somewhat realistic battle.
