but a modding ur own weapon will be nice

What I meant is:
accuracy=less weapon deviation under any posture
Ammo=Can agree with that,even if I'll like it in the game
stealthier=less visible from UVA and radar or not been spottable by commander

Think about it. You see a group of badguys... throw a water baloon at them. As it hits them and they stand there stunned trying to figure out what the hell you just did... Your buddies could flank them and kill them with rifles/pistols/grenades.

I don't know whats all this talk about recoil on the DE it's not that bad but it would not fit in SF.What I woul like to see....

PIstols- Why did they not add new pistols! stupid DICE and EA anyways a Sig p226 in 40s&w,Colt 1911a1,Browning high power,a full size Glock.

I see you all want weapons from HK but come on... there is already like 7 german weapons in BF2(SF) they can't all be german, it needs a mix.

Correct me if I am wrong, but doesn't German Special forces use the OICW? Anyways that gun would be totally off balance considering one model has a fully automatic grenade launcher attachment.

You're wrong. No one uses the OICW. The Grenade Launcher blew up on a test stand and wounded 4 scientists back in 2001, the OICW is shelved. The German Army uses the G36 Series of weapons. In real life, no Spec Ops soldier would want to carry an OICW. The reliance on batteries for the ranging system on the GL is detrimental to Special Ops. Operators like simple tried and true weapons, that are reliable, easy to maintain and provide plentiful ammunition. A weapon like the SR-47 would be better than a ultra futuristic "pulse rifle". Most operator's primary weapon is their only defense, if that goes down, they are in trouble. Most US Special forces use the M16/M4 variant rifle, or the M14/M21. Would you want to be miles inside enemy territory without a rifle?

from what i have learned, only some squadleaders but mostly commandos (sam fisher?) were supposed to be armed with OICW...

I would like more pistol unlocks. Glock or a 1911. Would like to have another sniper rifle. The for sure need to have a silencer on a Rifle. A silenced sniper rilfe would be way cool. I would also like to see them get away from the HK's. There are enough in the game right now.

I know the point of this game is to kill the opfor. But maybe a non-lethal weapon that you could use that would stun the openent and make them fall to the ground. Then you could knife him or whatever.

HK Mk23 and Colt 1911 Pistols, HK 416 rifle instead of the SCAR, HK PSG-1 and Accuracy International sniper rifles.
They could have had the SEALs use Sig 228 pistols like they actually do for real.
I also wish they would change the M16A2 to the current M16A4 model that the Marines use these days.

No military in the world would touch that thing. I chose weapons that would make sense In Real Life. While a chrome .50AE Eagle would be cool factor +3, it would be rediculous to see in a "Special Forces" unit. The closest you'd get would be a Jericho 9mm or .40S&W, and that's the "Baby Eagle" you see in Israeli hands. At most, you'd see a Desert Eagle .357, and if you're going that route, go balls to the walls and get yourself a revolver.



EDIT: Reasons the DE wouldn't make sense: Too big and ungainly for combat use (wouldn't fit many soldiers), couldn't carry enough ammo, HEAVY HEAVY HEAVY, and it would scare users with it's Bang and recoil, requiring massively more training for neglible benefit in lethality. You can only get SO dead. You ever fired an Eagle in .50AE? It's not fun, not in the least.

yes, but still I would want a deagle, less bullets in clip but more power in the bullets.
