Or could it be that SF has not sold so well as people didn't buy it because there are still issues with BF2.

Fix bugs in BF2 more people buy or tell there friends they been fixed so go out and buy SF as well.

I really hope they include a FUNCTIONING IN-GAME BROWSER. With absolutely NO bugs, glitches, random not-workingness. That is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE to have a buggy in-game browser after the 4TH ****ING PATCH. Holy **** honestly guys, fix the ****ing browser.

In addition:
- remove bunnyhopping
- make M95 1S1K
- make all guns a little bit deadlier (especially headshots - regardless of the caliber of round... you get shot in the head, you stop running - period.)
- fix the red/blue bugs
- FORCE ALL PLAYERS TO JOIN A SQUAD WHEN THEY JOIN THE SERVER (make it a server option)
- if not that then at least split the Squad Manage screen into squaded players and lonewolfs - no more guessing who's on a squad already when you invite people
- fix missiles so they don't hit friendlies if they miss enemy targets
- tank round to the cockpit of any helicopter should at least kill the pilot if not 1S1K the whole thing...
- OBVIOUSLY make ground AA stronger and have better tracking abilities - I'm a self-proclaimed damn good pilot and I'll admit - the AA is ridiculously weak, I fly straight at them and gun them down with impunity far too often
- give Spec Ops, Assault and Sniper class some binoculars so they can scout ahead and lead attacks
- throw in some new, refreshing maps - no more tan desert or foresty mountains

That's all I really care about it. The rest of the game is relatively fine. I like it. Those are my grievances.

Squads are great, just the spawn on squad leader screw the whole notion over. Nothing beats a buddy list though, dang you EA!

My 2 cents: I mostly agree with this guy: the game is generally great with a number of annoyances. My list:
- remove bunnyhopping
- make M95 1S1K
- obviously fix AA guns
- browser: have those X's actually filter. Why is it that I have always had an X on 'not full' and yet I get tons of full servers? Ditto for 'small maps' and 'populated'
- be able to skip the initial flash screens
- automatic login with one account
- faster loading times

My number 1 wish is to get load times, and more specifically the "Verifying client data" times down.

It's great that they want a secure game that has made money for them, but we shouldnt have to suffer from it. 12 minutes, that's how long it took me to get into a game the other day. I haven't endured load times like that since I had to load from a cassette on the C64. :laugh:

Sounds excessive I know, but it was after installing the patch, went through the optimising nonsense, then I went through a few minutes of verifying, the server decided to change maps, then I had to load again, which for some reason, game decided it needed to optimise again, most likely cause it never got to complete loading the game. Very frustrating Im telling you!

I think the sniper rifle could go for 1s1k if they would either make the bolt action slower, or make it so there is a hesitation so you can see where your bullet hit before your guy pulls the scope back and breaches the bolt mechanism.

Getting one shot killed from someone you can't even see is one of the most annoying things that could possibly happen in a game. In the same vein, remove artillery.

Besides, the m95 already can one-shot kill if you hit them in the head.

1s1k is realistic with a 50calibre anything. Whether you shoot them in the arm or the face it will totally remove that body part, rendering the victim a casualty. And shooting the enemy undetected is what sniping is all about.
