lol well the Ford GT might as well be a ferrari it has a American truck V8 but the chassy the supercharger suspension and everything else is italian, but yeah its still funny :)

The "code words" used are certainly not the ones used by modern British special forces and the accents are a disgrace, no one speaks like that any more, I think it must be some kind of p**s take by Dice tbh, what a joke!

im from the UK and i can catergorically that NOBODY even speaks like that here. i dont think theres even an accent in those voices.. maybe theyve been watching too many "battle of britain" DVDs , seeing as all the troops sound like wing commanders from the 1940's
...and as for the codes.. SAS soldiers are called "troopers" if theyre at the lowest rank so i dunno where "fox-hounds" comes from

but hey i know its only a game.. so lets not get too worried about it

Hey, instead of changing the voices, change the SAS's appearances... Who don't want to wreak havoc with a old british man wearing a high hat and wielding a walking stick? Just imagine, staff for CQB and a shotgun?

In all seriousness its pretty lame the way EA has handled this.

Its not even a question of them 'not getting with the times' SAS soldiers have NEVER spoken like that mainly because the vast majority of Britiush SAS soldiers are Scottish in origin and trained in herefordshire.

Also the music is lame. I mean why is it when the USMC win a round you get the american national anthem but when Britian wins you get some odd peice of music i as a englishman have never heard of ? Where's god save then queen for goodness sake?

And why is it that the British and the Americans never fight in the expansion? You could say because in real life they're allies (not that real life comes in to it with BF2) but if that was true then how come the Russian spetnaz fight the Brits and the Americans? The Russians are Americas and Britians allies too.....

I'd swear that they say 'skyline' (as in a medical airlift) instead of 'starlight'. Although, the mockney accent is quite hard to comprehend...

oh man, i havent checked the british accents yet, ive had the 'vo english only' button selected, i thought it was kinda crappy that brits have yank accents, from the sounds of it in here, ill be disgusted tho :o
