just put a rubber/latex glove around your RAM so that if anything leaks it wont get on your motherboard.

I have a P4 3.2, 2GB RAM, 6800GT. BF2 plays quite well. SF is MUCH more laggy.

Be a real disappointment to have to cripple the graphics to get the same performance as BF2.

As I said it isn't lag, I have a funny feeling we have yet ANOTHER memory leak (though it's hard to check perfomance when you can't even alt tab out to check). So in short there is nothing you can do till EA get round to putting their testers to work. Going by past performance we're in for a long month.

More RAM is great but it wont really matter for SF until its somehow fixed.
I play bf2 on all settings Ultra-High , 100% view distance , 6xaa smooth as pimp talk but SF is sometimes choppy with video lag. (inside palace at warlord + Inside The carrier on Iron Gator). I have 1.5 gig ram so yes its very good to have but until SF is fixed it wont matter for that expack.

LOL i am running into a similar problem once I downloaded 1.12 pathc and SF. I am getting no real video lag 40-50FPS all on max but my PING has gone up 150%. not my ISP i have 3mb connection...not alot but enought to get 70ping.
