"Wow dude, you bitch about everything dont you? Try.. uhm... Not sucking? The RPG is way cool. It takes way more skill and precision to use which seperates the good rpgers vs the ****ty ones (as yourself). So please, stop bitching and just quit BF2 all together. Thanks."

Actually, it would seem USMC is the "bad" guys since they are the ones who invaded China and the Middle East for a radio station (Sharqi), oil fields (Daqing, Zatar), airfield (Gulf of Oman), power source (Dragon Valley, Kubra Dam, Dalian Plant), dock (Karkand), and mineral resource (Fushe Pass).

SRAW and Eryx lacking ingenuity? I would think these weapons are far more innovative than an AT weapon with a method that has been used since WWII. I am damn glad these weapons are real, at least the U.S. infantry has better fighting chance against armors by guiding AT rounds than having to aim, calculate the path of projectile, and time the launch of the projectile. In terms of the franchise, the AT weapons took a big turn from bazookas, panzershrecks, and LAW. RPG-7 on the other had, was already debutted in the BF franchise in BF:Vietnam. Also, there is no F/A-22 in this game, what you are referring to is the F-35 JSF.

So me wubs the RPG.

EDIT: The comment about the RPG being weak is not true. The RPG projectile is the same strength as the ERYX and SRAW.
yeah but it takes all 6 rockets to destroy a tank. sometimes after all 6 it won't even be destroyed. this is shooting at the treads.

I dont know WTF you guys are talking about, I managed to guide the RPG...

Right click to zoom in, left click and hold to fire projectile and -aim- to guide rpg bomb.

Worked just fine for me. Got that lovely red highlight around the crosshairs too.

Are we talking about the same thing here?

I was under the impression that the insurgent RPG was unguided.

Back in old BF1942 with some practice the RPGs were, in SF they are great as well, I wish they were and Unlock for the AT class for vanilla bf2. Its nice to run out shoot and retreat without having to stare down an APC or Tank to guide you missle. I like um,...

Dood, either i did seriously guide the rpg using that method, or i moved and am thus mistaken.

Im 100% sure i saw its horizontal trajectory change (the smoke trail curved to the right, horizontally).

and if you're right, then how do you explain my missle curving to the right in mid flight?

and if im right, then why the hell are you guys doing this wrong?

RPG-7 is not supposed to be guided, even for the sake of balance the weapon will become a laughing stock.

i love the rpg because it is way better than the bazooka from bf42. i was real good with the bazooka, and now i am great with the rpg. i was playing warlord last night and i sniped a guy from forever away with the rpg. the guy must have not seen it coming cuz it was in the air for a long time. you are also quiker with it

I dont get it, why do people think the RPG-7 suck?
It doesent even beep in a tank with it, you just lose half of your armor. You dont have to use the scope either since you have a crosshair.
