I really doubt they bother with arming devices in RL(I'm sure there's some fanatics here that can tell us). And yes, something like that in the game would have been good for gaming purposes i.e. making Karkand into an amazing map instead of just umm...very good.

Why does everyone talk about SCAR-H(sounds awesome though)? SF has the -L version for spec ops...

-L sucks.

I've been playing all day long!! All day!! I got 1000 points today :O

Both scars, are awesome!!! They are weapon you cant spray with it. They require finnes...and when you give them finess, they give you love!
I owned so much with the SCARs.
I like the F2000 a bit more cause of the nade launcher.

F2000 my clanmate and i went to vanilla and we got 120+ scores on foot all together so i voted F2000

F2000 unlock rulez in vanilla. got the same scores as smokey on the better maps. karkand/wake/mashtuur
but its a real fine weapon. but indeed, the scar is like AL3X said. use it gently and it makes love to you and your opponents for you

Scar-L = L stands for Light ie. 5.56 rounds <-- Spec Ops class

Scar-H = H stands for Heavy ie. 7.62 <-- Assault class

Correct me if Im wrong but I read this somewhere last night and thought I should mention it here

I think the F2000 is more accurate and therefor i like it better than the SCAR-H. In SF servers i prefer the G3 since you rip bodyparts with it but, in vannilla BF2 i usualy get the F2000.

Scar H for me. I can't hit s*** with the FN, it's worse then the MP5. I can hit people with it but it feels like I am shooting plastic ball bearings.
