Bob, In My Humble Opinion, EA were hoping that the patch delivered with SF would be the same one that BF2 users downloaded but this didn't turn out to be the case.

When you install SF you *must* install the 1.12 patch afterwards. The patch deleivered with SF is only version 1.1

well until my favorite servers switch to 1.12 ima stick with 1.03.

its not the intergration with SF players that bothers me, its the fact that i cant play with my friends, playing with ppl that has SF doesnt bother me one bit, since it wont make that much difference, skill is still > weapon.

the fact that i cant play with my friends does matter tho :laugh:

I have a big problem. I just installed 1.12 and ever since i havn't been able to get on bf2. I get the opening picture, my screen flickers a little and then i go back to windows. can anyone help me?
