If you are not a cheater, havent changed anything within the game or you havent been banned by pb on another game contact EA about it.

From my understanding this looks like that BF2 was copied to play directly to the hard drive. Did you use Deamon tool or something?

You can contact Evenbalance (Punkbuster authors) to ask why your banned (NOT EA), they do try to answer questions. There is an online trouble ticket page -

fill in your details & they should explain what is causing it. Hope you get it fixed :)
