If I had enough pts and went on a friends SF game, unlocked the weps, and then went back to my vanilla BF2, would I have the 2nd degree SF unlocks? We shall see once the game is out :).

That is provided that getting the weps is the same as getting a certain # of pts.

My guess is that you will be able to do that.

Wow, this is gonna suck, why can't ea just limit the new unlocks to unranked vnailla and SF games only. As i don't wanna get killed over and over by one of my favorite guns in RL (the new SCARs for the SF). man i can't wait until Christmas.

Not my fault, my wife wont' let me buy BF2SF cause she already said she's buying it for me for Christmas. Doesn't it suck when yu have to wait for Christmas.

I don't plan on joining the "rush out a buy it" herd for awhile. Not because $30 is a big deal, but because I never buy any PC software that hasn't been released for awhile as a general rule.

I prefer to let all the cool kids beta test it for me.
