i usually dont complain bout this game but i have to rant a little. i just came from a game on karkand and the 2 guys @MEX all they did was Noob Toob. i will admit i was gettin my arse kicked but every single kill they got was from Noob Toobing. it takes zero skill to do this. u @MEX guys suck and u have no skill what so ever to go one on one withsomeone

k i have calmed down and have rethought the situation and my conclusion is these guys just plain suck.

I had that on a game of karkand today, i just did it back and you realise how much they suck when you can take them all out even though you have never tried it before.

People who kill with it in 1 shot from 2 blocks away I applaud because it takes skill to do it properly and the first time.

well going off what you said DrunkenPirate, I would rather they kill themselves from tubing 2 feet away than not. What I hate about this game is usually its the other way around! I cant count the number of times I have been killed by that thing and the guy is standing no more than 2 ft away...and they walk away from it without a scratch! WTF??? lol. For those out there that use the grenade launcher like I do, for 1) groups of enemies 2) medium/long distance shots and 3) a mortor...just for the hell of it sometimes lol...then my congrats to you...you use the thing like it was meant to be. I have only used it for short range when I had it deployed and didn't have time to switch, or when I was really ticked because they kept doing it to me...revenge is sweet......lol

Exactamundo. Pointblank killing is skillless spazzing, but hitting a moving target from distance takes practice.

When I play assault I alternate between using the G3 and using the grenade launcher. The G3 is powerful in that it can take a person down in about 3 shots, but the grenade launcher definitely has the edge ... this is because the grenade launcher can a) take out groups of enemies, b) is an instant kill, c) can take down helicopters without warning or light armor vehicles.

Normally if the guy is right in my face I will hit him with the full auto OR if he is far away I will take single shots on him, but otherwise I will hit him with the grenade launcher (especially if I have a support class in my squad). The weapon is just too powerful to not be used often.

raceacontari totally agree with you there! It is plain annoying when people noob tube when 2 feet away especially when they come out all hunky dory. Tbh they should get a life!

When will the ranting ever stop about this? If you dont like getting killed from 2 feet away then dont let him get that close. Kill him before he can get that close. Its that simple. And if he kills you from 2 blocks away, give him props, chances are he is better than you.

Well, no. Sometimes I find myself at close range with the noob toob out, and it really doesn't take much skill to vaguely aim at someone's feet to kill them.

At longer distances it's certainly much harder to do, though.

I like toobing people coz its faster, but if it gets on people nerves and stuff i will just own them 2x harder with any other weapon including KNIFE!

That was the first (and hopefully last) server with FF off i'll ever play...
As you know, you can't see if the server has FF off or on while in the browser...
