I dont post much here but do read the forums everyday.I just wanted to say a huge thank you to all the modders there were some great mods for 42 and Viet.And I cant wait until they are released for BF2.To this day I can still remember when POE came out I couldnt believe how few bugs were in it.If you remember when DC first come out it wasnt till about version 6 came out that it looked like a complete mod.Not having a go at DC because it was a damn fine mod.But I think the POE raised the bar with their mod.

I think it will be a Merrry Christmas with these Mods, I am esspecially looking froward to Forgotten Hope 2, Point of Existance 2, and Rising Conflicts. Beyond that the StarWars Mod and Shattered Faith will be ones I check out. I really wish the GI Joe people would let that mod happen or EA would approach them about making a BF2 style game like Battlefront.

If you want a mod to release faster, just go join the mod team and help them. Of course, if you release it too soon, you pretty much pull an "EA" and subject the community to subpar product.

Let the modders do their thing. I remember when UT was going to fizzle out like Ricky Martin's career, but then some mod team released UT: Thievery. Hallelujah, the RESURRECTION!

People like you are the reason half of the mods never make it to release, lack of respect in the community, why should people slave over code just for people like you, sickening and disrespectful.

I would like to see mature mods later rather than having buggy ones today. Hopefully the modders will take their time and do the best they can do before we can install them on our PCs.

I will just through a number here and those with the experience can correct me! I think a year from the game's release date will be enough time to make a good mod without major priblems. Is that fair enough?

The best thing about the mods is that when there is a massive protest against something it will get removed/modified. For example most people do not like to see a bunny in the game.... I am sure if bf2 were released by a community then a quick fix will be released to modify it.

Don't take comments against you harsher than it really is, but I have to agree with DP, it's sickening to see some users like you think six months of development is enough for people who are modding without pay or monetary benefits. Comments like yours shows lack of understanding, impatience, and ungratefulness to the mods.

I dont mind when the mods out the only game team I am mad at is TFC 2 for half life 2 they said it would be released but its been 7 years allready and its not out yet.
