      I know exacly how you feel..... Man I have never bought a high end sound card I never iven heard crystal crisp music in pc games.... I gotta try that one day...But am planning to get that X-Fi music..:) *BTW* extremely good price at newegg....for that sound card

          What's the error message you receive when you crash?

          I know there's a problem using the nForce 4 chipset and you need to download the latest BIOS for that, but you're not using that kind of motherboard. I had crashes all the time too at first, and I have an nForce 3 chipset, but it wound up being memory related so I relaxed the timings a bit and it fixed it completely. Perhaps try that?

            I have the INtel Desktop Board D865PERL

            But the error message on the blue screen was

            Driver_IRQL_Not_Or_Equal

            then it said all the enfo on what happens if i see it again and then

            Stop 0x000000D1

            ha20x2k.sys-Address EEE24166 Base of EED9100G Datestamp 42f68312

              Try putting the sound card in a different PCI slot. If you have 5 of them then try number 2 or 3 from the top.

                Have tried all of them. Same thing, maybe a little differntly but comes around to the same thing.
