no one is perfect, pretty much every game, nay, every piece of software that comes out is patched at some point in its lifetime.

Ive put up with my last team of foolish idiot kiddies, all fighting over jets and choppers.. Ive seen my last group of kiddies bragging about FAKE badges, awards, and medals. Ive seen my last game of totally useless commanders, non existant teamwork, clusterf**ks. Ive seen my last game of this unfinished beta code called BF2.

LOL, quite honestly, you play on sh*t servers then.

BF2 is an excellent game, and the sooner the people who moan about it, stop playing altogether, the better tbh. Stick with Solitaire SpeedyGonzales.

I agree BF2 is a good game, but I wouldn't call it excellent it lacks in several areas that have already been mentioned, but I can also sympathise with the original poster their are "Kiddies" (might I add thats a hideous stereotype but there you go) who ruin the game on some servers. All I can suggest is find a good server and stick with it look for servers with good teamwork, and not as many jack a****.

I sort of agree with this guy. This game is becoming another Counter-Strike. Everybody starts bunny hopping when they get shot. I still love the game though and I won't stop playing untill I break my computer from the rage I get from playing with mentally ill people.

To enjoy this level of graphics and gameplay in your home is a modern miracle, genius. There i've said it, and if you're in the land of the living you know it.

Having played CVG since their invention, (Unbelievably I paid 10p to play pong). Looking back what we all have now I'd say we are doing ok when it comes to home gaming. We've some great entertainment at our fingertips, it's one of the few areas in life that the rose tinted specs just don't work, kinda takes the shine off Crazy Climber and Pheonix......

I agree that theres a lot of players that simply morons, not because they hop or steal jets but because they dont join a squad and have a lot more fun playing as a team, in the process learning to play.

Included in here are a few viewpoints for the mudskipping crazy gang, and for anyone that'll listen -

It's True - Lone Wolf really sucks.

But not as boring as a ****e SQL/Commander, if you cant do it the place to learn is in a squad not leading one. Commander's different learn by reading the guides and practice, proficiency should take a few hours. Then there are some that just dont 'get it', possibly new to the game, feel uneasy about squad play, need a helping hand, please give these guys a chance and try using the invite button sometimes and use any experience to guide others.

To all squad lockers - If the program is full then don't lock your squad ffs please.

The Cure For Mr Bunny-Hopper.

Stay still - Aim for the chest - Shoot - Billy Bunny Dead - No more problem.

Never really understood people complaining about something that seems to give me an advantage. The better players all tend to prone or hit cover immediately and just get on with it, they dont hop, may Billy Bunny live on and supply fodder.

Jet/Chopper Whores.

Some guys play Jet/Chop, some play medic what's the issue.

(Ah forgot, someone else wanted a go in the plane? Well tough, play jet, play hanging about shooting the floor, each other, staring into space, bunnyhopping, join a squad and play jet when available, grow up, aliens do not visit us, stop bullying younger kids, you are not cool and never work in IT, there's your lifemap don't worry about the Jet.)

And to everyone thats an Ace in the air, well done guys must have taken a long time to get that good you deserve your kills, even more so when people don't even man ground defence, must be boring up there though.

You know what? I love those kids in choppers. I love those uber-skilled pilots that make me want to pound my desk in frustration. I love pilots who carpetbomb the only spawn left right after it gets arty shelled.

You know why? Because it gives me something to fight against. I feel a sense of accompishment anytime I can shoot those bastards down. And if by keeping those airjocks in check, we can manage to turn a game around, it's a great feeling.

Quit with the "Woe is me" crap and get back in the game.

This game has gear whores, snipers, bunny hoppers, supermen/aquamen/dolphins, TK'ers, saboteurs, pwners, noobs, l33t d00ds, kids and grownups (all in varying states of maturity). Accept and move on, or gtfo.

If you quit trying to mold the game into the image YOU want, you might find yourself having fun with the game that's already there. Sure, I'de like someone to park a dumptruck full of money and supermodels at my house, but instead of whining about how much life sucks because that dumptruck hasn't found my house yet, I just live the life I've got and enjoy it to the best of my ability.

BF2 has been a MAJOR disappointment.. I have seen some games taken

Imo, EA is the worst publisher in the market, bar none. DICE couldnt
write a decent piece of code if their lives depended on it, and combining
the 2 is a nightmare.

I'll stick with real games, for now.. you know... finished ones.
