There's the key. Pilots should be smart enough to know that you can't TK them on purpose. There's no way to lock them so they shouldn't be punnishing.
On the other hand, since the AA and A2A missles will shift to a friendly if at all possible, the launcher needs to be smart about when they fire off a couple.

my missles never hit freindly air vechiles bfor i usaully know about the lock thing and i ONLY fire my missles at chopper i suck in a2a combat

To help pilots out... You can just lock on to the target and hope it draws his attention away from tailing your teammate. Otherwise you know the possible result...a tk.

Don't help them, concentrate on bombing targets on the ground. Sicne you rarley hit them with so-called AA (It stands for Anti-Accurate) missiles, just bomb ground targets and get many more points...
