Man that sucks, it's most likely a minor problem and once we find it you should be able to play. Does it just not want to install or soemthing? I had a similar problems with BF1942's 1.6 patch I would download and start to install and it would freeze I kept repeating the install and it wouldn't work. I redownloaded it and kept reinstalling with the same problem then finally it worked so maybe jsut keep trying to install .

strange, if i use the installer it says: patching failes
if i do it on the other way, it just replaces a couple of files not all... and then i cant play bf2. becouse some files has not been changed..

i think my problem could be solved if i can patch bf2 manualy...
