Ive played paintball for over 5 years now, and yes Ive played airsoft, and paintball wins hands down. Airsoft has much more cheating if you are playing at a pay to play place rather then with friends.

They make paintball runs which are relicas... 1:1 scale models of real guns used today...

But place for woodsball... also you didnt include what kinda patinball... woodsball and speedball are 2 WAY different terms...

Airsoft all the way, higher FPS, more accurate, role playing, and less stupid kids (they cant get over the high entry price :) ) and the guns own.

thats the Tokyo Mariu right? how is it, i personally cant stand the stupid whir of AEGs but i want an M21/M14 really bad. I was thinking of waiting for the Hudson M21 GBB but there has been no new information about it

LMAO, some of the stuff you 12 yearold dumbasses say is great. Paintball guns shoot much faster than airsoft and the guns are way cool lawl, You do realize automatic fire is illegal in tourny play, It's all semi auto. They do have some realistic LOOKING Pb guns But they are few and expensive and not that great. I use to play paintball with my freinds and for a kid it sure as **** isn't cheap. Airsoft isn't either to start out. But realy you guys need to stop blabbing on about **** you don't even know about. And a $1200 autococker? thats quite a waste why not get a Boblong or a Impulse??

naw i HATE tm i would never use their crap, its G&G, its great its not as much a whir as other guns its alot louder and meaner. Extremely accurate its a great gun

I play both, each one has it's advantages and disadvantages. We can cmpare them:

Paintball:

1. When you get hit:

The balls break and paint spews out onto you.

2. The guns:

Unless it's a totally rigged/custom gun you can't aim straight down the barrel.

3. Accuracy:

A normal $120 dollar gun with a 16oz Co2 would accurately hit a can with no lob at about 35 yards.

4. Players:

This is a popular sport with both sexes, ages range from about 7 - 8 through the 40's

5. Popularity:

Paintball is a well known sport the average person knows what it is/plays it/heard of it.

Airsoft:

1. When you get hit:

You can usually feel it quite well and most players will yell out, "hit!" or yelp, but some players can easily toguh it out and show no emotion to weather or not they got hit.

2. The guns:

Top notch! Authentic looknig guns that are usually moddled as real ones and are quite accurate even if its a spring gun. And usually cost quite a bit less than paintball guns.

3. Accuracy:

Yes definently anything at about 320 FPS and over is accurate for 50 yards.

4. The players:

The sport is popular among mostly men and teens.

5. Popularity:

If you ask the average person about airsoft chances are they will have never heard of it, none the less the fun in the sport makes up for it.

Paintball: 3/5

Airsoft: 2/5

Paintball. I like to just go out in a small field with 4-5 bunkers and go crazy with 5-10 other people. No time or setup involved. Gram the gun get the mask and go. I have played airsoft and I did like the realistic military sim game.

its a Karnivor, with custom color, why no impusle? caue they are ugly as fuk, and boblongs are overrated. hmm, i never knew G&G made a M14....

and i do know that tournys are semi only, mainly cause I go to them and play. and you are right about the real looking paintball guns, i had a RAP4 and it was cool for a week. They are nifty mainly cause they eject shells and all that but the accuracy really blows

Super Six Three...those airsoft suck.Why I think airsoft is better? because it just is! I love going into a building with 4-5 good guys( I always play bad guy) with my AK and shooting evry mutha phucker in the room! I use a shotgun, m16 type rifle ( CA calls it the m15) a Sig and lost of magz when I play outdoors. When I play in doors I take my ak47s, 2 mac 11's and a m9. With paintball it's just you and the paintball gun, no extra pistol,shotgun or smg:cry: Well I just love packing lots of guns:ar15:
