ya...not sure what he was thinking.....anyway i guess i'll try to get a really cheap/legit hl2 on ebay, then get SF for xmas :)

Actually if you get sf now you can wait for hl2 , hl2 is pretty short although fun the replay ability isnt very large. Sf will be online and probably more replay ability.

Get HL2 it will run fine on your machine and they are just about to add DE.Nuke with High Dynamic Range lighting to CS:S and maybe adding that to future map releases.

HL2 for sure. Make sure you get the silver package so you get DoD:S as well. You'll get a lot of games with that HL2 silver package that are worth your time.

CS:S won't be affected by Aftermath either.

Counter-Strike: Source is fantastic, as you already know. I'm very stuck on HL2 though... I think it's quite hard, I'm crap on single player games. It's a great game though.

Why does everyone adore CS:S? It's a sucky game that gets boring after half an hour, it's not even challenging I killed about 2 every round I played and just left.

CS:S doesn't get boring after 30 mins. It's the best game in the world to me. I've been playing since HL2 was released, still not bored.

I sure wonder why it's the most played online game in the world if it's supposed to be boring?

stay away from HL2. your PC is too slow and will cause the game to stutter like a retard in a short bus.

RIght now i am trying to figure out what two games, out of the four i want, i should get. The first two are Half life 2 and BF special forces. Does anyone know how much SF is gonna be? The second two are for psp. I am debating BF: MC or soccom: Fireteam bravo. If anyone knows about internet play for the psp games, pleases tell me abo;ut it. For the hl2, is aftermath gonna effect CS:S, or will that remain seperate, in other words, am i gonna buy hl2, then gonna have to buy aftermath to play online with everyone? Thanks
