those guys are pretty sad...
i find it very wierd reading about and seeing all these type of players just try to get as much points as possible... points mean very little, it's just a number ffs
im more worried about my k:d ratio then total points

They are going to Teamwork points...it can be quite difficult to losers like them to actually GET teamwork points in a normal game. They have to resort to these sort of tactics.

So..what's sad, is that they are stat padding for badges and ribbons...not overall score.

What a complete and utter waste of time.

You really don't see stat padding for ranks and unlocks now that they have changed the rank system.

I don't think that was what CS-Evolution meant...I believe he meant that it wasn't worth the stat padders' time doing that for the miniscule scores they were getting.

What a waste of 4 Vodniks.
Best way to get expert engineer is.....

Put in 100 hours of REAL engineer work.
Move around the map in jeeps/light armour supporting heavy armour at all times, mine your exits in anticipation of the ensuing enemy (underwater preferred).

Forget all other classes whilst in pursuit of this much converted badge, and above all enjoy the experience of your quest.

If you get the badge by lame arse ways......you don't know what you've missed !!!

indeed, it doesn't bring in points like hel, but they do get 35-45 points in a round easely, and they can just block there mouse button and watch some TV, doing this for like two hours, wich means about 6-8 rounds will give you about 300 points for doing nothing.

And this is not only my point, also there are five vodniks there, there team can't use them and there team is 5 man short

In my opinion.
I play for Fun, if I get badge's, ribbon's or medal's then Bonus!
It doesn't really bother me what they do as my team will then win.
If on the other hand they were on my team...I would alert the enemy to them so that their nearest tank will kill al their @sses!

Tough one, I realized yesterday that when I got 15 hours as support, I got the veteran support combat badge but not the veteran support badge [10 ammo giving points IAR.] Well crap, don;t i get it in one round that was 1/3 over on karkand as US, basically didn't even need to try.

I have been trying for veteran repair [10 repair points IAR ever since I crossed 15 hours as Engy. Granted not every game 'cause sometimes I hop in a tank and go whoring but.... I now have 33hrs as engy and no vet badge because the most I can get is 6 repairs. Tried all types of maps small players and large and even tried playing as SF, destroying arty , etc. switching teams & to engy to go repair my dirty work. You just can't get it. you got other engy's fighting for the point plus the dutiful commander dropping sipplies on your $hit.

I'm earning everything the right way but you could see where someone would turn to this.

medic and support are passive, people pick up your bags regardless of what you do. Engy has to have equip go down, get to it then fight for 1 point so the fact that the requirements are the same between these 3 classes is moronic.

As I already said, this tactic is already well know under BF2 players and sometimes you need to spread it even more, so EA gets aware of it and they can fix this crap in there next patch, same as they did in the 1.03 patch, if nowbody was talking about it they shouldn't done anything about it

I don't care about people padding for ~50 points a round - that's a pittance.

What ****es me off is that those guys have tied up almost every Vodnik on the map, which probably made it a lot harder for their team.

Hey thanks, that makes total sense and something I clearly haven't tried. Betcha big armor map like wetlands, dragon or Kubra.
