This is indeed one of the cheapest things ever, possibly more so than m203, because C4's area of affect is so much larger.

None of these things really bothered me. The thing that bothers me is that I could hide in the empty Pool at Gulf of Oman. And toss a couple C4 packs up on the ledge of the pool and blow up APC's, tanks, Etc.. Now we can't do that. Kinda sucks but I will just drop a couple on the ground before I get in the pool.

Come on, you didn't have to tell everybody about it! I like 1.2 because you can't chuck C4 (or so I thought), if you do, you should just go back and play 1.12 with the rest of your bunny-hopping, dolphin-diving, noob-tubing statwhore friends. Please don't ruin the game for me.
