Will you file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau?

This is for those of you who have the courage to file a complaint against Electronic Arts. Now 12 of you voted in my last poll but will you take this step?

It will cost you nothing at all just a 5 to 10 minutes to write your reasons of why you are doing this. The Better Business Bureau's site is listed below.

Just click on th top where it says Complaint

Thank you for your time and remember your voice does count.

Edit: And you will be asked personal information such as your name, address, & phone number. Also if you need help with this please ask somebody, anybody.

What do you expect when u buy a game? that is was made with just u in mind that every apsect will suit your game style and needs? That it will be perfect in every way as you deem perfect to be?

1.2 million people have purchased this game and play online, over 3000 ranked servers they must have done something right.

damn i hate people who are never satisfied !!!! it's a video game not a cure for cancer that didn't work get over it

Go for it - but filing with the BBB does nothing for you or them. They are too big to worry about the BBB. All the BBB is, is a reference for anyone wanting to know how the business practices of that company are.

I suppose if you file enough complaints - someone at EA might give a small rats ass - but more than likely not.

Small companies are more effected by this as many people look to the BBB to see if the company can be trusted to ship them products when they buy them online or stuff like that.

Have you ever looked up Wal-mart, or Circuit City, or Kroger, or Best Buy, or any major corporation like that in the BBB before you make a purchase? How about General Motors, or Ford?

Well sir because this is America you can say anything you want(damn laws) but we are not after a hovercraft. They can keep that. We are after them to fix the many bugs which they were supposed to take care of.

Is it too much to have a game with less bugs that make this game a nightmare? Like I have said many times it's pretty bad when your 2nd patch does help a thing like the 0 pings which are still showing up with the 3rd patch. And the connection problems are still going on.

We have waited for months for the patch and it did nothing but add useless stuff like a map, and seeing stats of other players.

Oh and I forgot to add that many retail store sites say that all the stuff they dropped from the final game are still there. This is mislead people into thinking hey a hovercraft is here and clan creation and the buddy list. Now that has to stop.

Glad there is at least one realist besides me, between all those dreamers.

For me it's simple, I don't see a better multiplayer game than Battlefield at the moment. I don't claim it to be perfect, but there is nothing better for me. That means Battlefield is the Best multiplayer game for me.

And if you find another game better, feel free to step over. That's how simple it is in my opinion.

Never count on perfection, take the best and let it improve. I am a realist, no dreamer.

I wish you people would get off the perfect game bs. We just want a game that works. I bet your game still crashes, I bet you paid a lot of cash to upgrade your pc and still have many problems such as lag and other problems.

So get off the perfect crap!!

Correction, Swat 4 in Cooperative Mulitplayer is much better than BF2. But, depends on how much realism ya' like with your bullets I guess?

The game works fine here, it crashes now and then but many other games do. My PC is 2 years old and runs it fine on Medium. And most big problems are fixed for me as well, though I know it will take a few patches to get rid of all bugs...
Remember a game is a piece of software as well.

Then go after those stores for false advertising. They are probably just too lazy to update what EA and DICE actually listed as the final components.

I for one enjoy the hell out of this game and the whole series for that matter.
