Its the people that abuse it that make it a bad thing. After you get Teamkilled, check the whole situation to see if it was your fault you got killed. Were you supposed to be running over the guy's mines? I don't think so, so why are you punishing.

THINK BEFORE YOU PUNISH!

And the whole TK punish system will work fine.

Sorry, heh, I've had about 8 people today run over my mines before the enemy could even have a chance to blow them up. It gets irritating when I'm trying to defend a base alone and someone notices that the APC has spawned and comes to get it and leave completely oblivious to the mines.

I am the only one at a base, I put two mines at each entrance, throughout the course I have 5-8 enemies hit the mines, and I shoot down 3-4 infantry who caught on to the mines. But every time the APC spawns, someone spawns and takes it and runs right into a mine, and punishes me, they could just ask me to remove the mines, but they don't they just hit the mines, punish me, and spawn somewhere else. I ask for a supply crate(Because the Commander at least knew I was defending) and continue about my business.

Those skull and crossbones are there for a reason, I shouldn't have to continually blow up the APC when it spawns just to avoid team kills.

Dude think of it this way. At my super walmart the entrance and exit are next to each other. With nice size signs saying ENTRANCE, EXIT.

People walk into the store using the exit and vice versa. So the lesson is... most gamers lol I mean most people won't put a mental label in their heads saying Exit = out, entrance = in.

I go by a three strike rule. If you kill me more then that (accidentally) then sorry but you DO deserve to be punished.

I forgive about 90% of the people who tk me and am only forgiven maybe 10% of the time.

No mate. Its -4 for a TK and then another -4 if they punish. So thats a big -8 in total.... A few of them can really upset ya game and score.

Ive taken the punishment oath. Never, ever bloody anything ever, punish!
