Whats so good or bad on both games in single and multiplay?

The F.E.A.R. demo singleplay and multiplay was boring from the start with empty levels and such!

Q4 multi is WAAAAAAAAAAAAY to fast paced for my taste, and for some reason i just dont like the fear mp.

Quake is good for multoplayer but FEAR kills it in single player just amazing

Fear is slow and atmospheric.
Quake is fast paced point and click fun.

It depend what you like really. Before I thought I liked realistic games more, but Quake 4 changed my mind. I'm not gonna tell you what to buy because you may have a completely different taste to me.

Multiplayer: Quake 4, fast pace action is just the way to gun and the surrounding enviornment makes it much more fun
SinglePlayer: I think i will go with Quake 4 as well...
FEAR is amazing at first glance; the nail gun had me hooked.. but afterawhile it gets dull.. Room with enemies, slow-mo and run in for the kills.. Q4 offers new gameplay such as vehicles and enhancements here and there.. Plus i always liked the futuristic games :)

Quake 4 isnt that awsome basicly same graphics and **** as doom except diffrent lvls and guns. same crap in space fighting monsters. FEAR is way better much better game play and it just looks cooler

It's made by the same people so its gonna be roughly the same ;P
I don't like the way Q4 Works, you work as a team then you do loads and loads as a lone wolf against swarms of blood thursty flying things.
I prefere when working with the squads, the nail gun I must admit is fun ^_^

I haven't played fear yet, i'll just steal it from my bro when he isn't looking =D
I played Q4 on multiplayer and that was fun but the map I did it on was boring, rather the same but shmeh ^_^

F.E.A.R. is too boring and repetative, Quake 4 had a lot of variety and both an awesome single and multiplayer.

Okay now that i've tried FEAR i 'll say that it's a fun game, but slightly overhyped. The game ain't that scary as you might think and most of those frightening sequences are very predictable. The gore system is cool but still loses to SoF:2. I firstly killed a guy with nade and saw him split into two parts, which was cool i thought. Then i tried the shotgun and made a headshot. The head flew away and i were satisfied :evil: Next time i made a close range shot to a soldiers chest with the shotty and the guy literally exploded into small pieces of meat, at that point i were laughing and were amused about the sillyness of that, and afterwards had a small feeling of dissapointment :|:
