No, Chinese army doesn't suck, it's under-rated. It's weapons are considerablly more powerful than other nation's (possibly because the terrain of fighting is larger)
Chinese spec op's QBZ-97: it's more accurate than other spec op weapons, even the G36C (check ubar)
sniper QBZ88: a SVD with nicer scope
Ak47+GP25: AK47 has the same initial accuracy as Ak101, making it ideal for sniping (automatic accuracy is worse off though), however, the difference between Ak47 and Ak101 is one point of damage (38 vs. 37). Don't overlook this one point, as it allows AK47 to kill fully armored person in 3 shot instead of 4 from AK101, and don't mention G3 to me, it takes the same number of shot (1/3/3) to kill a person whether you are using G3 or AK47, and AK47 is 50% more accurate, nuff said
Support's QBZ 95: the only chinese weapon that sucks, holds 100 rounds, same statistics as SAW
eng shotgun: pump action, 25 damage per pellet, equal to m11-87
AT SMG: another gun that's bad, does not have simple shot
vehicle wise, Su30 (bomber) is the only plane that has Thrust vectoring in game, making it almost as manuverable as JSF
J10: this secretive plane actually exist in RL, and is believed to have 4th generation manuverability (equal to F22 and such) and exceptional turn radius, though it has inferior avionics. Again, ingame stats of J10 reflects its RL capability (it's built for dogfight with Su27 and mig29)
WZ551 APC: it shots slower, but does 50 damage per round, i value damage more than ROF
T98 tank: just seem to be able to take more punishment
NJ2042 jeep: most manuverable jeep out there, it out manuvers FAV, try it!
Chinese army in BF2 is very interesting, basically an army mixed with some old inferior tech and some new high tech.
