Turn down your in-game settings and update your drivers. In the hardware forums there is a stick at the top that will walk you through how to properly install new video drivers.Comment

Can't say for sure, it very well could have been, but it would be the first time I've heard of a CTD because of space. As long as the game was installed you should have been alright. In all honesty the X300 kinda sucks. If you can afford and upgrade, go for it.
