Yeah we goit a guy who is basicaly driving around in a dump truck for no good reason other than its fun. We are adding a lot of civilian vehicles to battlefield 2 because they are just cool and battlefield 2 is all about getting whenever you want however you want.

Heh, they certainly changed the game a bit. No more dump truck. No more fuel pods on the UH60, no containers attached to the cranes, totally different sound effects.

No more AT-weapons taking out choppers in one shot...

proof of laziness from ea's/dice's side. when u think of it, its kinda sad.

It's not laziness as much as it is marketing. That's what EA does as a producer. They say to DICE, "Hey, great game! Here's the thing... We're going to remove about 1/3 of the content, and package it as an expansion! Hooray!"

Thats how it is with everything...In car shows they put out the car with big rims,leather seats, big stereo and all the cool stuff thats not optional and when it comes out your like WTF! where is all the cool stuff at.

True.. And i have never got a hamburger from McD's that looked as good as in the TV spots.

The game is propably running in high end PCs in those videos and i bet if u 2 put high detail on, the game looks great (except for the lousy framerate).

"Why did they take out such a great looking map?" What if it just sucked to play it? I think Stalemate is one of the best looking maps in the game with all the fog and forests but it's not my favorite map by far.

I think the same goes with the maps and the graphics in the trailers: they look better to some ppl coz they look fresh and different from the game/maps that u have been playing for 100-600 hours.
