You can play on all high settings, but frames per second would be poor. Don't believe everything you read.

I have spoken to this guy extensively and he knows a fair bit about computers and how to squeeze better frames out of them. His frames per second are not poor but the difference between 50 and 60 fps is not noticeable so to sacrifice 10 frames for the sake of better graphics is warrented IMO.

There is another guy below your post that reported same ram and card and plays on all high so this isn't a one off occurance either
