Picking a map with helos, and without jets should be the right combo for you - if you can get in the chopper.

It does not matter if you are pilot or gunner - but you will get those kills faster and easier in the gunner seat IMHO.

I got mine on Dalian Plant as a gunner. With a good pilot a gunner can really do some damage. We were untouchable for the first 15-20 minutes of the round never getting shot down. Pilot always went back for repairs and always lined me back up for TV shots after we were fixed.

Sharqi, master the cam missle, and you can hit anything from across the map

Same but i just had a really good pilot.

Another problem is I usually can't find a server that keeps a map going for more than 15 minutes and when I do the helicopter is usually already gone by the time I'm able to get to the helicopter spawn.

ima good piolet and let my co get any ground kills, and point out an enemy heli in the distance and set them up for long range missle kill, want to fly with me?

i was pilot in Sharqi, my gunner got gold medal, a great kill streak, and the heli badge, i just got teamwork points (for doing all the hard work)... which is why i recommend being gunner.
