its kinda funny, but real planes have like twice as many panels.controls on their dash board, but nice thought though

Actually, the newer planes are going to "all glass" cockpits. This means no gauges or dials at all. Everything is displayed via computers onto a computer screen. So that is all in all an accurate depiction of a modern planes cockpit.

All i know about Russian plane is that somehow they look really ugly in the cockpit but they perform very good and are durable.

Ehhh I am not going to criticize the POTD. At least we are getting something new everyday now. So props to Wizard or whoever is putting new ones up there daily now.

BTW, isn't their a PHP script that you can put into the main page that can put a new pic daily without having to do this manually? That way there will always be a POTD at say 7am CST or whatever time you choose. Just a thought.

Its ok 6/10, I also like the view you get as the passenger in the big jets too, its very realistic, I like when you look right and see the wing and then turn and see the white lines, I love that lol.

Is there a requirement for exactly what makes a POTD? Seems that as soon as one gets posted a bunch of people jump in and say the pic's not hilarious so it shouldn't be posted. If the caption makes it funny, then surely that justifies posting it?? Or is the whole object to have a funny pic, regardless of the caption? Anyone know? Thanks.
