Re: Does anybody else's significant other play BF2?

If you look closely at this thread you will notice that regardless whether or not a chick is cool with gameplay, in the end, they are all the same. So ditching the one you have might not be your best option. Remember it is always cheaper to upgrade the one you have rather than go for a trade-in.

Sit the girl down and ask her this: what do these things have in common:quilting, birdwatching and scrapbooking? A hobby...good girl. Now how many hours can a person spend on their hobby? 2-3-10? What would be reasonable amount of time a week? Well Gaming is my hobby, you might think it is a waste of time, I can respect that because I think quilting , birdwatching and scrapbooking are a waste of time, nonetheless, they are all hobbies. Optional Close: Now don't disturb me and go and make me a sandwich.

Set up acceptable boundaries and be clear. Or...I'll play one night for 4 hours 8pm-12am. Then sit around and watch stupid shows for 2 days straight. What I miss are those rainy days, where I could bang out 8 hours on the computer. Those days are gone for now.

oh and to the guy who's having a baby. Congrats, but when you are trying to get some quality time with the Computer, the boy will be wanting to play with you....so be careful for what you ask for....tho' a boy is cool....I have 2.

I'll have to introduce it to her, but I know her brother wants it.. and my copy of Burnout Revenge.

Now the only way I could do the freaky thing is if my step sister was vanessa williams who just came into my family. I would dare the law to stop me then lol.

My gf actually likes to play the game (Yes you read it right :p ). She mainly goes sniper, but she started going medic sometimes recently.
From the replies so far it looks like I´m very blessed with a girl who doesn´t only not hate battlefield 2, but even enjoys playing it.

                  Her stats:

Re: Does anybody else's significant other play BF2?

I met my wife online so there are a couple here and there. Well, there was one anyway. We were both divorced previously and we each had a few rules that were non-negotiable this time around. One of mine was that I love video games and you might as well get used to it. She is ok with it for the most part as long as I don't totally tune her out. I try not to get on the headphones if she is home, just in case.

She is a solitaire junkie so she understands a little bit how I can play for hours and hours. However, she nor I understand why I suck so much.
